A Washington native, I currently live on Bainbridge Island with my husband and daughter. I received my BFA in Printmaking from the UW. Since I graduated nine years ago I have been operating a family coffee shop in Port Orchard, WA. As well as enjoying adventures and travel with my family. As a fine arts major turned business owner, activity as an artist was stalled a bit. Taking part in the Chair Affair has been a nice break from my 10 key! Most of my printmaking was produced from large scale woodblock printing and mono printing. I enjoyed working with wood and the exploration of color. Much of my abstract work was heavily inspired by my obsession with color and the natural environment.
