Minion, Myrna
Myrna Binion is a Gig Harbor, WA artist working in Pastel, Watercolor, and Acrylics. Pastel landscapes are a favorite subject with the beauty of the West and East sides of the Great Northwest.
Acrylic transparent paints are a new love leading to exploration in abstract painting and a "letting loose" of the imagination. It is so exciting to just let the paper and paint take flight!
Myrna has lived in the Gig Harbor area for 37 years. She is an active member of the Peninsula Art League and has been President of the group for two terms. She is now the Editor of the "Palette" newsletter and a PAL Board member. Myrna is also a Signature member of the Northwest Pastel Society and is a past 2nd Vice President of that group.
You can find more of Myrna's work downtown Gig Harbor at the Waters Edge Gallery or at the Kimball Coffee/Gallery in Gig Harbor. More work can be viewed online at peninsulaartleague.com in the Member Gallery.
You can reach Myrna at 253-857-4222 or myrnalb@comcast.net
